A new app called BeHere aimed at teachers uses Apple’s new Bluetooth LE iBeacon technology to recognize students and automatically take attendance as they enter a classroom. With the BeHere app installed, the teacher’s iPad acts as an iBeacon and students entering the classroom with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch will automatically appear in the app with a profile picture and name. Students will have to install the app on their device too, but thanks to recent iBeacon improvements in iOS 7....

That iPhone dock up above is no joke (notice the scale of the iPhone in it). It was built as a one-off for CES 2012 by Behringer, the award-winning innovator of affordable professional audio and music equipment. Known appropriately as iNuke, this $30,000 8ftx4ft, 700 pound dock pumps out a handy 10,000 Watts of power. All in a package the size of a refrigerator. How about a giveaway, Behringer? The poor reviews of Glass made director M. Night Shyamalan cry. Glass, which starred Samuel L. ABC finally revealed who exactly will be vying for Peter Weber’s heart on the new season of The Bachelor. Although the show released a preliminary cast list before filming began, the new list features a finalized version of the woman who will appear on the season, along with better pictures and short bios. Peter Weber first appeared on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette. Although the two developed a close and intimate relationship, Brown sent Weber home after Fantasy Suite dates, enraging fans across America....

Here’s a first look image from the forthcoming Batman: Hush animated movie, along with confirmation of the film’s voice cast. Originally a 2002-2003 comic arc by renowned comic writer Jeph Loeb and artist Jim Lee, Batman: Hush is a widely-loved part of the Caped Crusader’s canon and marked the debut of the story’s titular villain: a mysterious bandage-covered sociopath determined to take down the Batman for reasons unknown.
